INK 16 Foiled Peace Joy Love

Thank you Sarah for this fun challenge! I don't think I've ever done anything like this. It was fun, but I don't think I will mass produce, haha! I was a little impatient waiting for paint to dry ;) I think the results are really fun!

I stamped the tree (very old SU) with Stazon on acetate. I used Bic Mark It alcohol based markers to color the transparent tree green. I painted the background with Distress Paints in Broken China and Picket Fence (about 4-5 coats). I cut the frame with Avery Elle Wonky Stitches dies but the stitches don't show up very well on the navy blue paper. I tried pen stitching with white gel pen but it looked messy. I glued the acetate to the back of the frame, glued foil to the back of the acetate and adhered the whole piece to a kraft card with foam tape. The star is a glittery plastic embellishment glued on with GemTac adhesive. The snowman is kind of a shiny cardstock skicker that I've had forever! This was a fun project, Sarah. Thank you!

I like yout stamp choice for this technique. Looks really good and I also love how you thought the make the background blue and white for the sky and snow. Super cute snow man to top it off!

That tree looks amazing with the foil behind it. Great choice for the challenge. And I really like the star. Fantastic card.
