Contemporary Floral

My background was created by spritzing a lot of water onto watercolour paper then tapping Color Bursts on them. I then spritzed a lighter coat of water to get the Color Bursts to move around, and let the background dry naturally.

Next, I stamped my Contemporary Floral with white embossing powder and added a ribbon.
