Birthday Wishes

Made this birthday card for my husband to be signed by a group of RV Club friends. Die Cut car (Ellentina - Tessler Crafts) and adhered to cream cs. Adhered gold stickers to the corners. Stamped HB (Memory Box), and adhered to BG. I found this Faux Patina Embossed BG I made some time ago, and thought it perfect for this card. Adhered Gear Die Cuts (Sizzix)to embossed piece. (E.F. - Darice). Matted to CS, then to cream card base. TFL

Nora, this is so cool! Of course, it's better in real life. That faux patina background is amazing. We sure had a lot of fun making those. I love the die-cut and the retro corners you added. TFS. Daria

Im definitely going to have to look for the faux patina bg technique. What a beautiful card it makes. It pops right out of the gallery at me.

Very cool card, your husband is going to be pleased! I really like the detail of those gold corners, they look very Art Deco.

I'm a fan of those corners too! They go so well with the car die cut. I really like your background technique and the way the die cut gears fit on top. Awesome guy card all around!
