Growing Wild

Using Wilted Violet and Fired Brick Distress Oxides, I distressed my background then stamped out "wasted" stamp which is a distressed bubble wrap in different sizes. You can see it best on the upper left. It was stamped out with Fired Brick. Next, I spritzed water on a stencil and placed it over top of inked background to lift some colour. Once dried, I used my Misti to stamp out my "Growing Wild" background to get a good black image.

Lastly, I distressed my pink paper and stamped out Get Well Soon.

This is a fantastic combo! I have not really used the fired brick of my oxides because I couldn't find a look I liked. I LOVE this look! TFS!

Wow! This is awesome. I had to think a minute how you used the stencil ... wonderful results! This card reminds me of a sunset. Perfect with your restful sentiment.
