Happy Birthday

Adhered Die Cut (Frantic Stamper's) I borrowed from friend, Daria, to Brusho's BG I made using glossy CS.Attached ribbon and twine, as well as H.B Banner. Matted with foam tape to color CS, then to cream card base. TFL
