Happy Birthday to You

I cased this background I absolutely loved from Yoonsun on Siimon Says Stamp. Adhered the stitched circles die cuts (Simon Says Stamp) onto white card base. Adhered die cut flowers (Elizabeth Craft Designs) colored with pastels. Stamped quote (Hero arts) and adhered piece with foam tape. Embellished with sequins. TFL
