AIR2017-Stencilled ATC-Monsters

For these ATCs I used Strathmore Mixed Media paper in a 9 x 12 size. I left the background all in one piece and rolled PaperArtsy acrylic paint using a small brayer. I used candy floss, beach hut, Caribbean sea, tango, prawn, turquoise, and banana first then used two crafter's companion stencils and Antarctic and chalk with the stencils. Then I used Simon Says "You" background stamp with shadow grey archival ink. Then I cut them into 8 ATCs.

I stamped various stamps from PaperArtsy's Denazinski Art release. I painted them using my Dyan Reavely and Derwent Graphite paint pens. I used Simon Says You Matter stamp set for the sentiments. I used Tonic Nuvo Crystal Glaze for the eyes and teeth and horns. I used carnation red and sunflower Ranger enamel accents for the various dots.

Thank you for looking.

These are so much fun! I'm with you; I would leave the background all in one piece too. TFS. Daria

Oh my gosh! These are so awesome! I love the way you did so much in the background yet the monsters stand out wonderfully! The enamel accents are super cool too.

Paint pens!? They look so cool colored with these! I love your background too. I really like the You matter to me sentiment.
