"snow" is watered down making memories Spotlight paint and used a toothbrush for the splattering
Background stamp is from Jan

Ooh, I really like this one. Better hang on tight, Jan might want that background stamp back! It looks great here. Is the cardinal part of the sentiment? Nice pairing of stamps!
