Chilly Christmas, Christmas in July

This is the card I thought I was making for Jan's Chill challenge ... but forgot it was supposed to be on a kraft base so I made another. That's ok, I need all the Christmas cards I can get! I splattered "snow" using Liquitex Titanium White acrylic ink and a fan brush.

On this card I stamped the wreath on light green cardstock and colored with Tombow Markers. I used clear Wink of Stella on the berries. The sentiment was computer printed and die cut.
