Stampendous Bold Sprigs

Nora, another friend, and I got together for crafting. I made a bunch of stenciled backgrounds using Distressed Oxide Inks. This one actually got made into a card. I made one more that Nora saved with an ornate Happy Birthday die-cut she just happened to have with her. It helped cover up a splotch of ink I made when I sponged onto the stencil without first tapping the sponge onto scrap paper. That card is in my scrapbook.com gallery. It has a die-cut instead of stamping.

This Card:
4 ¼” x 5 ½”
Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock
Stampin’ Up! Black Cardstock

Stampendous Bold Sprigs Stamp Set
Versafine Onyx Black Ink Pad

Carta Bella Plaid Stencil
Distress Oxide Inks
Clarity Brushes and Stampin’ Up Sponges to apply inks

That is a cool stencil! It looks great. You are tempting me with products I didn't know existed! Love the soft color and the sprigs are positioned just right!

Wow, and I thought you used designer paper. Job well done creating your background.
