Faux inlayed die cut

I finished this card after the Paper cut class at the Adventures in Stamping Convention. Unfortunately I used a different set of AI inks for the polished stone background than what was offered in class. But then realized the provided die cut sentiment shadow clashed with the background I made. I looked at my card parts for days until I had a light bulb moment that I could still add wild plum AI to the polished stone...much better.

I'm glad your light bulb went off and you were able to finish this card. The alcohol inked background is stunning with black.

Note to djc : If you have a dark AI background, maybe a white overlay?

Jan, this is beautiful. I love the addition of the plum color. Cindi, thanks for the idea. Daria
