Merry Christmas

I spent countless hours colouring this Technique Junkie image and didn't want to add a sentiment to it because it would cover it up.

I ended up cutting it up for my Faux Domino technique. Please, I"m looking for ideas of what else I can do with this without hiding all the colouring.

maybe add a ribbon across it with a small bow to one side and add a small tag to the bow with a small saying on it. You would still see most of the background. You also might use a circle punch to cut out circles and add the circles to a card, or punch squares and do the same as the circles. You could use the circles like ornamants on a card too. You could cut the background into long sections and place 3 of the sections on a card with a space between them for a background. Hope this helps! Very Happy

This is beautifully colored, and can imagine how long it took you to do so. I like the ideas stampwilly suggested. TFS

Oh, boy. This is gorgeous, but I can't imagine the time it must have taken to color this. You even paid attention to shading! April already gave you some great ideas for using this piece. You could also use a knotted piece sheer ribbon without adding a bow. If you need a sentiment, you could emboss it on transparent vellum. I do like April's ideas for using pieces of it on different cards. TFS. Daria

This is awesome! I like the idea of embossing a sentiment on a strip of vellum ... or just mat with black maybe and adhere to card front as is, sentiment on inside. Definitely save every scrap!
