IF 2018 SB Shadow Background Halloween

I used Connie's Shadow Background challenge to inspire this Halloween card for my dad. It was fun to make! And finally, a use for day glo embossing powder (on the sentiment)! Thanks for the challenge Connie!

SU Whisper White pigment ink

Tombow markers to color the focal piece.
