It''s been a while since I made inchies. This is the process

Steps:

Find a piece of designer paper that isn’t busy, such as the blended colours one I used. You can blend colours onto your own paper to create your own background.
Using white embossing powder, heat emboss your background using the stamp above called Christmas Whimsy Background.
Cut your squares at 1″ pieces and adhere to a piece of white cardstock measuring 4 1/2″ x 3 1/4″.
Adhere your cardstock to a pieces of white cardstock 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″.
Use a coordinating colour of cardstock, size 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″, to mat your card.
