Heartfelt Wishes

During my travels, I found this "Oldie but Goodie" image at a flea market sale for .50 cents. Patterned paper was also a bargain at .10 cents. Stamped and colored with copics on panel, and stamped quote. Matted and adhered to patterned paper. Image is from Stampendous 1989. Quote is Hero Arts. TFL
