Daughter's birthday

Used Cosmic Shimmer polishes to make our daughter's birthday card. I cut the balloon out of a shimmered cs and also out of white craft foam. The string is white wrapped floral wire (comes that way, I don't know how else to describe it).
There is some stamping on the inside and on the envelope.

Ugh! Deleted first photo and took another. I'm not capturing the shimmer! Blues are metallic, greens and purples opalescent, if you can use your imagination, ha!
