INK19 Baby It's Cold Outside

I made the car look like a reflection in a body of water. I used acetate to stamp the reflection and glued it on upside down. I then covered it several times with sparkle embossing powder. I added stickles glitter dots for snow and added a punched glittered snowflake. The image is a House mouse image and the saying is from Sparkle N Sprinkle.
