Creative Challenge - C&S

These stamps are from a very old SU set, 2002!

The image is stamped and clear embossed on watercolor paper. Colored with Tombows, except tulip petals were colored with Kaiser Craft glitter pens. Focal piece mounted on black paper and adhered to card front with foam tape. Sentiment is also clear embossed.
