Frosty Bird

I used a brand new stamp set - no brand - on this card. I used a piece of resist card stock and lightly made a watercolor wash over it. The images were colored with alcohol markers and cut out with dies that matched them. I made a frame by using some decorative scissors. The snowbank is a Spellbinder's die and I added Stckles glitter to the snowbank and the bird's hat.
