Ink21 - Joy

For Beth's Joy Fold card in a mini slimline size.

A fun fold and a new size for me. Great way to use up printed paper scraps! These are Basic Grey Dasher, no tellin' how old, but I still like them!

Stamp : the Artful Stamper (They were a Canadian company Beth! Now carried by Stamp On It)

Colored with Tombow markers on Elizabeth Craft Soft Finish cardstock. I added Imagine Crafts shimmer stix to the snow but it's not visible in the photo. Gems on the snowflakes are Memory Box Fairy Jewels. I added black gel pen to the centers of the eyes.

My inside sentiment says "Let Heaven and Nature Sing" and I added some little stamped notes.

I made an envelope for this card by modifying an envelope cut file I had on my Silhouette. I cut it from printed paper because I wanted it a little heavier than copy paper, but not as heavy as card stock. The printed side is inside. I stamped a portion of the cardinal stamp on it and colored with Tombows. I rubbed the stamped image with Distress Glaze (aka Micro Glaze) so it won't run if the envelope gets wet.

Thanks for the challenge Beth! It was a challenge! I think the envelope took me almost as long as the card, but I wanted one that fit.
