Be of Good Cheer

I have loved this card since I first saw my LSS owner show the sample, maybe back in August?! We were given the card base, an embossed layer (EF also from Spellbinders), the scraps of colored paper and the gems. The Spellbinders Bottle Brush Tree die set was included in the class kit. I would love to make multiples ... but I should have started in January! Ha! If I get ambitious, I might try to make more.

We had to provide our own sentiment and let me tell you, that took me as long as making the card! I tried every combo of embossing ink, pigment ink, colored cardstocks ... I finally had one I liked but my white paper was not the same bright white as that provided in the kit, and there was no extra. :(. I finally gave up and went with another Tiny Text sticker from Cosmo Cricket. It is probably hard to see but there is an embossed layer under the trees, complicating the issue. After all of that die cutting there was no way I wanted to stamp directly on the card front anyway.
