Spooky Light Bookmark

I used Heidi's Lighten Up challenge and Lovepug's Book 'em challenge to make this tag/book mark.
I inked a harlequin background stamp (SU) with Distress Black Soot, stamped off twice, misted and stamped on watercolor paper. I stamped over the background with a spider web (Distress Dusty Concord), two different cats, witch feet, and the sentiment (Archival Jet Black). You can barely see him (he's a ghost!) but there is a ghost stamped in neon yellow with a light green souffle pen face ( on the left kind of behind the cat's tail).
I went over a few spots with a Stampers Big Brush pen to touch up black where the texture of the watercolor paper prevented a clean image. The cats' eyes and witch feet were colored with gelly roll stardust pens. I also went over the sentiment with a stardust pen. Lastly, I inked in distress inks and added a bow through the hole in the top.
The tag was trimmed from a larger watercolor background. The top was diecut with a Spellbinders octagon die.TFL
