Snow Bear

I had this frame sitting on my desk for a long time. It was cut using the Nellie Snellon Multi Frame Circle die. I placed patterned paper behind the frame and added the bear from Stampendous to the card. The image was colored using alcohol markers. The saying is from Sparkle N Sprinkle.
