We Three Kings - Christmas

I colored the image (unknown) using alcohol markers. It was cut out using the Labels 4 die from Spellbinders. The background was some navy glitter card stock that I ran through a snowflake embossing folder by Paper Studio. When I ran it through, the white core of the paper made a white outline of the raised areas.
