Springfest23 - One layer with a twist

I used 2 stencils in the oval - waves (no brand) and a fish stencil I got at Dollar tree. I used 2 stamps in the oval as well - bubbles by Inkadinkado and dots by Stampin' Up. I used a very old set of fish by Close to my Heart at the bottom. The saying is from Just For Fun. I used some Broken China Distress ink to sponge around the card.
