March Received KIAE 2015

Items used from Received Kit: car image, the blue and pink material, and the acetates. (I post a different view of the acetate on the thread). The acetate is to act as a window into the past, showing what it looked like then.

I cut strips from the blue material and peeled it's backing to adhere to CS; then I adhered the embossed CS on top of the blue strips so they look to be matting the embossed CS. I used a Martha Stewart punch that punches out a piece that you fold into corners for photos etc. I used the pink material to punch out to make the corners.

I colored the embossed CS with distress inks and colored the colored areas with Mementos markers. I adhered the acetate over the colored areas with a brad and also stamped words or image (the acetate I stamped the bird image on I did flip after I stamped so the bird would fly towards the center). Added the bows and sentiment.
