Happy Birthday

Had a fun day playing with Daria's Brushos the other day, and I ended up with this card from one of the pieces I worked on. Stamped the image (Hero Arts) with black ink onto the panel I made. Added the twine. Wish I had a different color twine, but this had to do. Adhered H.B quote. Thanks to Daria for sharing this technique with me!

Fun stamps to use with the brushos! You can use dye ink to color your twine just hold down on ink pad w/gloved finger (can substitute a baggie) and pull twine. And Heat set.

I don't think I saw you use the Brusho on text. I absolutely love it. You know I've always loved this HA image too. Beautiful card. Are you going to be able to part with it? lol. Daria

What a neat idea to use brushos on newsprint. I'm going to have to try it. I love this distressed look, and I wouldn't concern yourself by the yellow twine because yellow is in your card so it coordinates well.
