Happy 1st Birthday Charlotte

I stamped out my bear. Next I created a mask and placed it over the bear, then stamped Love Harlequin over the entire surface. Next I die cut the balloon and pop dotted it to sit up from the card front. I tied Baker's Twine around the balloon and glued it to the bear's hand.

Made for my granddaughter's first birthday.
