I like the way you simplified the dangle mechanism to just a pop up. The balloons are a fabulous item to have dangling! Love this!

Used a balloon card base
Stamped clouds(stamp a mania) stamped several balloon stamps, embossed, colored and cut out. Used blue thread since I used blue card stock for background. Glued thread between two balloons and hung from the center. Stamped words on side.
