Fest18 - EP techniques

This is one of the backgrounds I made using technique #7. I used burgundy card stock, a white colored pencil and gold ep. I used a white pencil from Japan ( had Japanese writing on it ) but it did not do as well as the Prisma pencil. I went over the first with my Prisma pencil and the white showed up better.
