October Fest 18: Dangle card front

Yes, I am using this cute Purple Onion snowman again this year. But to change it up I set the scene with a snowy dry embossed frame by Darcie. I have just bought a few more Oxide inks and love blending the colors. I used a round blending tool to keep the flakes as white as possible.
