What I did on my Christmas vacation

I kept seeing ads on FB for higher quality cotton loops for potholder looms. I noticed them again when we were shopping online on Black Friday and my sister and daughter said they'd be interested in making potholders again. My mom had a red metal loom and we used to make them. I still have some of those! Now they make a larger "pro" sized loom. I thought I would like the larger potholders better but right now it seems best used for a trivet. I know they will probably shrink when washed though. The larger potholders take longer to make too!

I ordered some of my supplies from Acorn & Twigs and some I needed to get on Amazon when Acorn was out of stock.

We had fun sitting around the kitchen table weaving potholders on Christmas night and again on Monday morning!
Shown are the three I made.

The dark color in the larger potholder is black but the dark color in the smaller potholders is navy, even though it looks black in the picture.

TFL!
