WF15-Old/New Carousel 1.0

My old stamp didn't belong to me, actually, but a family member had it as a child and she gave it to me recently. It is made by Hero Arts.

My NEW technique is spritzing Heidi Swapp Color Shine.

My favorite is the splattering ink. Adds a great touch to a beautiful card and stamped image.
