Stencilled ATC challenge
|
I've been playing with ATCs and I hope you will try them too!
I've completed 3 ATCs so far from the 6 backgrounds I made.
No 1 - stamped and embossed Whimsical Flamingo using Momento ink.
No 2 - stamped Whimsical Flamingo using Archival ink
No 3 - stamped Whimsical Flamning on transparency using Archival Ink (I think)
The backgrounds were made using Distress Crayons blended over gessoed Bristol.
Distress Crayons - Festive Berries, Fossilized Amber, Rusty Hinge, Chipped Sapphire
Stencils - Tim Holtz Dot Fade Layering Stencil, Folk Art Pineapple
Baby wipe, Golden Fluid Acrylic paint in Iridescent Bright Gold
To finish the ATCs I used
Stamps - VivaLasVegaStamps flamingo and whimsy sentiment
Ink - Ranger Archival, Momento
Bic MarkIt markers to color flamingo
Hero Arts gemstones
black and white twine
leafy brads
The sentiments on the first two ATCs are attached with foam dimensional adhesive. The sentiment on the 3rd ATC is glued directly to the ATC and transparency.
I covered the backs of these ATCs with another blank ATC stamped with an ATC stamp where I can fill out info such as name, date, title. I glued the backs on to cover the backs of the brads, twine and the 3rd has the transparency folded to the back.
TFL! I hope you'll try this challenge :)
