My backyard challenge

I hope this qualifies since I live in a birch forest with a few spruce trees and do not have a yard. So I used what I have for inspiration. I used a tree stencil and modified with a black watercolor pencil and distress inks. Since I'm sure you didn't want to see the remaining dirty snow, I added the wildflowers which we will be seeing soon. For the butterfly I used Clearly for Art clear acetate that one can heat and bend to add dimension to their piece. Here the top front wing is bent to be approx 1/4" above the card. Like the sentiment says I wish the recipient quiet, peaceful moments to find inspiration for creating art.
Thanks for looking...Jan

How beautiful! I love what you did with the birch stencil. I want to try to trace my stencil with a watercolor pencil and see how that works for me. Your flowers are amazing and I love the butterfly! Great backyard!

Whether it is a back yard or a birch forest this qualifies and I love your card. Inspire is the perfect as this card inspires me to take a moment and breathe in the beauty.

Awesome Jan! Love the way you used your stencil! The butterfly is so pretty and even better that it is dimensional and clear! I hope your view looks like this soon!
