Dad's Bday

My dad loves dogs, so I used this "Make a Wish" stamp and die set from Heartfelt Creations to make his card.

Card base and dog piece are made from Strathmore watercolor cardstock. I used Tombow markers and a wet brush to watercolor. I added touches of glimmer with Wink of Stella gold and green pens on the candle flame and party hat. The dog piece is popped up on dimensional adhesive. The balloon and banner were cut from My Minds Eye Happy Day 6x6 pad using SU dies. TFL!
