Retirement card

I used Jennifer McGuire's technique to mask the edges, blend distress ink, dust with Perfect Pearls and then pressure emboss to make the background. This card is for one of my husband's acquaintances who is retiring from working at our local airport.

Stamp : Rubber Stampede
Ink : Distress Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch, sentiment stamped with Ranger Denim dye ink.
EF : Tim Holtz for Sizzix

TFL!

Wonderful card for an airport retiree! I really like your sentiment stamp on the great die cut and the shimmer of your Perfect Pearls. Yay, another use for PPs!

An alternative thought for the PP may be to use Core'dinations cardstock and sand the blue embossed airplane images. Another product I need to put to more use-LOL!
