Hello

Had to try out the color-blocking technique after viewing Daria's card. Adhered scrap pieces of patterned paper to white card base. Added die cut pieces to the longer panels, then added a large brad, then a stamped flower colored with copics. Added a gem in the center of the flower. Flower mounted with foam tape. Flower stamp - Scrappy Cat. Adhered to card base. Thank you, Daria, for the inspiration to make this card.

I love the color-blocking background, and it serves well for featuring the different elements you used. The silhouette die-cut looks great, and that is one fancy brad! TFS. Daria

This works just as nicely with the small embellishments and not a focal image. Very nice!

This is such a pretty assortment of paper, stamps and embellishments. They came together beautifully.
