Oldies-February - Rock & Roll Technique

Here is my second card. Learned something, this technique works better with certain types of stamps. This one went so much easier than the last. Used Brilliance Ink in Pearlescent Ice Blue and Turquoise Gem, these are really juicy to stamp with.
