House mouse birthday

Colored the image (stampendous house mouse cupcake belly) with prismacolor pencils. Added some stardust sticklers to the cupcake.Added some ink blending around the die cut with peacock feathers and tumbled glass distress ink. Stamped the greeting(Simon says stamp) along the bottom with memento tuxedo black ink and stamped a few stars to the bottom with peacock distress ink. Added some sequins and enamel dots.
