Bingo Twist Hamster Birthday

The image and sentiment are digital stamps by Mo's Digital Pencil. I colored him with Copics and added some scribblers 3-D paint for the sprinkles. Bingo words items: ribbon, glitter, chip board, and sequins. I also die cut the image and sentiment using My Favorite Things pierced dies. I wasn't sure if this type of die cut counted, or if you just meant embellishment type die cuts. The star is a chip board piece and I covered it with glitter.
