Fine Frames Technique

From the Technique Junkie Newsletter comes the Fine Frames technique.

Basically you are cutting a frame, placing it over part of your card and colouring it all in.

Great way to use coloring pages, or stamping on a card and not have to color the entire image. Pretty card!
