Wreath Builder 4th

Still playing with wreaths. This one is on a 3.75 inch square. The 3 stars are all on one stamp so that made it quicker. I tried adding to it, with other stamps but decided to keep it simple. The blue base card is one I've had for a long, long time. It's just over 6 inches square. The red wavy stamp is actually a postal cancellation stamp. USA came from a stamp that says I "heart" USA, so I masked off part of it. The silver glitter is self adhesive and came in an extra long sheet, on clearance at J's. It's DCWV.
