Wendy Vecchi Class projects, Adventures in Stamping 2019
|
These are the cards we made in Wendy's class at Adventures in Stamping.
We used Wendy's blendable dye inks, archival inks, enamel accents (on door handle and large leafy pot card), mat minis, washi tape, stamps and stencils, Perfect Paper adhesive and Perfect Cardstock. It was a good opportunity to try out all of her products. I really like her colors and style. I'm happy with my cards. They were still lying on the dining room table tonight after I photographed them. DH saw them on his way out the door and he was impressed! His fave is the window, but then he said he liked them all. I bought the Art from Home set (house/trees) a month or so ago at LSS. At the show, I bought 2 packages of mat minis that match this stamp set and 2 packages of the picket fences. The fences come in assorted sizes., I think they will work well with lots of projects and stamps. We also used them as a valance on the door. Jan gifted me with a Garden Patina blendable ink. I bought the Sunshine blendable as we used it to brighten some of the flowers and leaves. I also picked up enamel accents in Sunflower and Carnation Red. I really like the card with the large pot and butterflies. They look like caladiums to me and remind me of Dad. Every summer Mom and Dad would go to the middle of the state (FL) in August, hot, hot, hot, and buy caladium bulbs. Many years he even planted them for me. They are still coming up in my pots. I move them from the side of the house to the front when they are standing tall! I will put that set on my wish list!
TFL!
