Creative Challenges: C&S

This was quick to make. I sponged light blue ink, then put my stencil down and used dark blue ink. I stamped, colored and cut out my turtle and popped him over top.

I find that doing my sponging onto a separate panel saves me a lot of time rather than doing it directly on a card base because I almost always mess those up and have to restart.

These stamps are part of I Brake for Stamp’s By the Sea Rubber Sheet. The stencil is from A Colorful Life Designs. I used Distress inks for sponging, and colored with Spectrum Noir alcohol ink.
