Blue flower

I stamped the flower and leaves (masked) onto white cs and then overlaid it with patterned vellum. Added bow, verse and rhinestones.

and ... it looks like you stamped the birthday sentiment on the vellum? Great job! Vellum can be slick and tough to get ink to dry.
