May ATC Swap - Bird Cage

I did the emboss resist on both the ATC and the fussy cut bird.

I started by stamping the bird cage and Flight with Versamark and embossed with clear embossing powder. I used Distress Ink in Squeezed Lemonade, Ripe Persimmon and Picked Raspberry to create the background.

I stamped the bird with Picked Raspberry and embossed with clear embossing powder. Then I added Squeezed Lemonade. Then I fussy cut the bird.

I punched a hole in the loop at the top of the cage and threaded the ribbon through and wrapped it around the top. I made the bow with my bow-it-all. To cover the ends of the ribbon on the back, I added another piece of watercolor paper that I colored with the same Distress Inks I used on the front.

The Flight stamp is by Inkadinkado. The bird and cage were raked to me and I don't know who they are by.
