ATC Swap - 4th of July Alcohol Ink on Acetate

I used watermelon, denim and snow cap alcohol inks and dropped them on an acetate sheet. I then put saran wrap over top and smooshed it around. Allowed to dry. Some of the ink seeped out and under the acetate sheet, so you not only see the saran wrap texture, but also on the other side there is a bit of the texture from my craft sheet visible.

I cut a piece and mounted it on white cardstock to bring out the white portions and the colors. The alcohol ink is behind sandwiched between the acetate and card to protect that surface.

I stamped over the front with Staz On ink with a couple stamps from a Hero Arts Clear Design July set.

I added the sentiment and some gems to the fireworks.

This is such a fun and festive atc! I want to try the Saran Wrap technique with alcohol inks, it really gives the mixing a neat effect. Love the use of the snow cap, I didn't even know that existed. The gems are a great touch to the fireworks. TFS and swapping Smile

That white mixative worked really great with the red and the blue. And those stamps are super fun. Great ATC.
