August 2014 tag swap

Here's the tag I sent to Daniel.
Started with a manilla tag base and ran throughout cuttlebug with a TH clocks EF.
Heavily applied a white Crayola crayon to the raised areas. Added distress inks in broken china, peeled paint and rusty hinge. Buffed crayon with a paper towel.
For my flower image, I stamped it onto watercolor paper, added some white crayon to some areas and colored the image with gelatos. With a dry paper towel I buffed the image to show crayon resist and to blend gelatos. For the small embossed piece behind the flower, I ran some ran CS through a swirly leaves EF(Paper studio) and used a burnt sienna and a gold metallic crayon over the raised areas. Stamped my sentiment onto manilla cs, adhered to tag and attached fibers. TFL :)

I love the look of the tag overall. I also really like that you used two kinds of crayon resist. The textures on the tag make it really pleasing to the eye.

The crayon resist on the embossed part really looks good. The flower turned out wonderful too. I like the design of this tag alot. Thank you for sharing.

As the happy recipient of this project, I love its look, but also really like being able to enjoy it by running my fingers over it with my eyes closed. I love it!

That background is fabulous. I love all the different way you used crayons on this project. Fantastic tag.
