Dorothy & Friends

Used 3 items from the kit from CraftNerd: Dorothy; skulls & sentiment (on the reverse).

Base is a piece of vellum (photo print). Backed it with adhesive paper, diecut the arch & folder-embossed the outside portion.

Inked & glitzed the interior of the arch. Used DI on the embossed surround. Colored & fussy-cut the girl & skulls. (details about the 'friends' on next photo)

The photo really doesn't show how stunning the glitter is on the arch and the different textures of the materials you used. I really like how every thing is themed really perfectly together. The coloring is really fun too.

I had to double check Sarah's kit to see if the girl is originally looking over her shoulder--and she was---so interesting! I love the creativity of this project and how you took Halloween items and turned into Wizard of Oz! Great job! I am still loving the 3 friends! Smile

The background you created for this piece is fabulous. I really like what you did with the vellum. And Dorothy looks fab.
